  1. Only Mathsarc Verified and active teacher, trainers, doctors, freelances or other professionals are able to take online live consultancy.
  2. User request to start class before making payment for their online live sessions by Callback request or Approval link SMS.
  3. On successful approval, we collect payment and hold it from students or users.
  4. On successful consultancy session finish, we release the payment to the teacher as well as users for their session duration into their wallet.
  5. Refund fully or partial applied T&C.

Write to us at helpdesk@mathsarc.com and explain the incident. In such a situation, teacher or professionals account will be at risk of temporarily suspend, or permanently block for teaching/hiring at mathsarc education.

User's need not to worry!, as payment is with mathsarc education and haven't paid to the teacher. In this scenario, student will get full refund or we will assign an equivalent or more experienced teacher/Professional to complete the session on time as per the T&C.
