User Data Deletion Instructions
Mathsarc Education LLP respects your privacy. If you wish to delete your Mathsarc account and associated personal data, you may request deletion at any time by following the instructions below.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email from your registered email address to info@mathsarc.com.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include the following information:
- Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- Registered Mobile Number (if applicable)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
- Our support team may contact you to verify ownership of the account before processing your request.
Processing Time
Verified deletion requests are normally processed within 7 working days.
What Data Will Be Deleted?

| Course Enrolments | Deleted where legally permitted |

Data That May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained where required by applicable law, including:
- Payment and tax records
- Invoices
- Records required for fraud prevention
- Legal compliance records
These records are retained only for the period required under applicable law.
Facebook / Meta Users
If you connected your Facebook or WhatsApp Business account with Mathsarc, requesting deletion of your Mathsarc account will remove the associated data stored by Mathsarc. This does not delete your Facebook or WhatsApp account.
