Books/Study Material – Paper made.

  If you have received damaged or defective book then you may return for a replacement within 10 days of delivery.
  Books/Study Materials should be returned in the original condition you had received them.

Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:

  Damages due to misuse of Books/Study Materials.
  Incidental damage or written name over book/Study Materials.
  Any book/Study Material that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box.

Book/ Study Material/ Video Lectures – In electronic devices formats as CD/Pen drive/ Hard disk etc.

  If you have received damaged or defective book then you may return for a replacement within 15 days of delivery.
  Product (CD/Pen drive/ Hard disk etc) should be returned in the original condition you had received them.

E – Books, Online Test Series, Online Courses and Digital Services

Digital products, online courses, recorded video lectures, test series, e-books, downloadable PDFs and digital study materials are generally non-returnable after access has been granted, unless otherwise required under applicable law or specifically stated on the product page.

Other Educational Services

Coaching programs, tutoring services, academic consultations, live classes and educational services shall be governed by the specific product, batch or enrollment terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Other services are non returnable and refundable.

Note : At the beginning we have no Pickup facility to return the product. Customer need to send the product at their own expenses. We charge very less or no shipping fee for product so customers need to understand us. However we are searching partners for the shipment and pickup facilities at affordable rates. In case a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. Shipping charges, taxes and administrative deductions (if applicable and legally permissible) may be handled according to the specific product terms.
