I AM A TEACHER, HOW PAYMENT PROCESS WORKS FOR HIRE PROFESSIONALS?

If any student or parents/user hire a teacher or professionals then initially Mathsarc Education Holds the Payment untill the process haven't started.
STEP NO 1 • Student or user paid for instant classes or services & teacher approved the booking.
STEP NO 2 • Teacher and student start taking one to one consultancy service. Till the point, Mathsarc Education holds the payment.
STEP NO 3 • On session completion, Payments distributed into the teacher or user accounts. Remaining balance of User will be reverse in to their wallet.
STEP NO 4 • After crossing the threshold limit of withdrawl, Teacher can get all of their wallet payment in one click into their bank account.
Hire Cancellation policy will apply Cancellation T&C

WHEN WILL I GET PAYMENT FOR THE COURSE, I TAUGHT?

The payment related to the courses depends on batch completion, Students feedback of the course. The course payment goes to the following stages
STAGE NO 1 • Teacher created the batch to teach. Students are able for enrollment, 2 days before the batch start date.
STAGE NO 2 • Teacher started the batch and updated the batch as Started from Teacher dashboard.
STAGE NO 3 • On successful completion of the batch, teacher should marke their batch as completed and send the automated request for payment approval.
STAGE NO 4 • Our team will review your batch status and feedback given by students for the batch.
STAGE NO 5 • on Successful verification, Mathsarc Education will release the payment for the batch and get setteled into the wallet of Teachers & Category Managers as per T&C.

I HAVE BOOKED THE COURSE & TEACHER IS NOT TEACHING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Write to us at helpdesk@mathsarc.com and explain the insident. In such a situation, teacher account will be at risk of temporarily suspend, or permanently block for teaching at mathsarc education.
User's need not to worry as payment is with mathsarc education and haven't paid to the teacher. In this scenario, either all students of the batch get full refund or we will assign an equivalent or more experience teacher to complete the batch on time as per the T&C.

I HAVE PAID TWICE OR PAYMENT GET STUCK DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL ISSUES, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
